Pastor Robert Duvenary – Spiritual Counselor & Logistics Expert
An ordained minister chosen by God, Pastor Robert Duvenary has dedicated his life to guiding and uplifting others. As a former U.S. Marine, he brings a wealth of experience in logistics, shipping, and handling, which plays a crucial role in organizing resources, managing products, and ensuring smooth operations. His leadership extends beyond logistics—he serves as a spiritual counselor, offering wisdom, encouragement, and faith-based guidance to those in need.
Sister Allesa Duvenary – Secretary & Medical Specialist
With over 30 years of experience in the medical field as a registered medical assistant, Sister Allesa Duvenary plays a vital role in the organization. Her expertise in front and back office operations, scheduling, and medical administration keeps everything running smoothly. Beyond her medical experience, she has a deep passion for childcare, having worked in childcare facilities and dedicated herself to nurturing children as a mother of three and grandmother of seven. Her warmth and expertise ensure that families receive compassionate, well-organized care.

Sister Monica – CEO & Administrative Leader
As our CEO, Sister Monica leads God’s Smile with a passion for service. She is an ordained minister chosen by God with 15 years of experience as a medical office assistant, giving her strong organizational and administrative expertise. In addition, she has extensive experience in childcare, having worked in childcare facilities and pediatric clinic care. Her ability to merge compassion, structure, and efficiency ensures that God’s Smile remains a place of growth, learning, and community
Sister Monique – COO & Childcare Expert
As our COO, Sister Monique brings a wealth of childcare and early childhood development experience to God’s Smile. She is certified in the HighScope Curriculum and holds an associate degree in early childhood development with a focus on infants and toddlers. Her creativity and dedication give our tutoring services a unique, personalized touch, helping children and families achieve their academic, social, emotional, and organizational goals. Through her leadership in event coordination, tutoring, and childcare programs, she ensures that every child receives the encouragement, structure, and guidance they need to succeed.
