Hello,

I’m so happy you decided to join our team, my name is Monica Jones, and I’m the owner of Family Comes 1st. I’m also a pastor in the Church of God in Las Vegas under the leadership of Pastor Robert Duvenary Sr.

Our Story

In 2021, my mom became critically ill with congestive heart failure and chronic kidney disease. Using my experience as a medical assistant, my family and I took care of her at home for over eight months. She became so sick that she couldn’t walk, use the restroom, or bathe on her own. We couldn’t afford any professional help, and her insurance didn’t cover any of the resources the hospital referred us to.

It was one of the hardest times of our lives. But through that pain, something beautiful was born. Family Comes 1st started from that moment, from our desire to make sure other families never have to feel as lost and helpless as we did.

Me and my twin sister, Monique, started laying the foundation to help families who find themselves in the same situation, families who just need someone to care, to guide, and to remind them that they’re not alone.
